About the role

Join the Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island team as a Spa Therapist, delivering premium spa experiences to guests in a 5‑star beachfront setting. You will be the face of the spa, ensuring each guest feels unique, valued, and completely relaxed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massages and body treatments while maintaining client comfort and safety.
• Provide personalized service by anticipating and responding to guest needs and expectations.
• Support other spa areas, including body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputable spa.
• Internationally recognized certificate in beauty and massage.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs.
• Multilingual abilities (Russian or Arabic) are a plus.
