About the role

Al Mushrif KG Charter School, an American‑curriculum school in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher for its kindergarten programme. You will join a progressive learning community dedicated to delivering high‑quality education for Emirati students and supporting their holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the full ability range within the class.
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment with appropriate resources and displays.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress using the school’s assessment system and Target Tracker.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external specialists such as speech‑language therapists and occupational therapists.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on student progress and participating in parent‑teacher conferences.
• Implement the school’s Behaviour Policy, managing the class effectively and acting as a positive role model.
