Specialist, Digital Channels & Communities

About the role

The Specialist, Digital Channels & Communities will oversee the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ADNOC’s digital platforms, including the intranet, website, social media, screen kiosks and elevator displays. The role ensures that all visual and multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and serves the needs of internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production of videos, films and animations, tailoring content to target audiences and channel specifications.
• Provide or source photography services for corporate events and business occasions.
• Maintain the Company Photo Archive System to ensure easy retrieval of past graphics and media assets.
• Research, select and create visual design deliverables that support corporate communications.
• Continuously update intranet and website content, ensuring all links are functional and information is timely.
• Manage corporate communication tools and channels, including digital screen kiosk advertisements.
• Drive employee engagement on digital media channels by developing and implementing communication activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital content creation and channel management, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to apply them across multiple media formats.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
