Specialist Endpoint Security

About the role

The Specialist Endpoint Security is responsible for protecting the organization’s endpoint estate by operating security controls, monitoring EDR/XDR detections and supporting containment and remediation of cyber threats across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate alerts across Trend Micro AV, Trend Micro XDR, Deep Discovery Inspector, TippingPoint IPS, Forcepoint and Netskope for malware, suspicious behavior and potential endpoint compromise.
• Administer endpoint security agents and policies, including deployment, health monitoring, updates, tamper protection and policy tuning for Windows, macOS, Linux and VDI endpoints.
• Execute containment actions such as host isolation, malicious process termination, file quarantine and privileged‑account suspension under SOC/IR guidance.
• Coordinate remediation of endpoint vulnerabilities, validate corrective actions and track exceptions to closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in endpoint security operations, SOC or related cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Trend Micro AV/XDR, Deep Discovery Inspector, TippingPoint IPS, Forcepoint, Netskope and CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of EDR/XDR alert triage, malware analysis, endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation and attack‑surface reduction.
• Familiarity with SIEM integration, ServiceNow or similar ITSM case‑management workflows.
