About the role
Royal Health Heart Center in Al Ain is hiring a Specialist Family Medicine doctor for a full-time position. The specialist provides primary care to patients of all ages, from infants and children to adults and seniors.
Key responsibilities
- Take thorough medical histories and perform physical examinations to diagnose and treat health conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses, including prescribing medication.
- Provide preventative care such as immunizations, health screenings and health education.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma.
- Counsel and support patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and refer patients to specialists when needed.
Required profile
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a family medicine residency program.
- Board certification in family medicine.
- Valid DOH license.
- Ability to speak Arabic.
- Available to start immediately.
