About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our hospital in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care to individuals and families across all age groups, emphasizing preventive health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, and preventive care programs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease‑prevention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in line with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and patient‑safety projects.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Family Medicine.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
• 3–5 years of post‑qualification clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
