Specialist Gynaecologist

About the role

A leading hospital in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Specialist Gynaecologist to join its medical team. The specialist provides comprehensive healthcare, diagnoses and treats gynaecological conditions and manages patients across all stages of reproductive health.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynaecological conditions
• Conduct routine gynaecological examinations and provide preventive healthcare
• Manage menstrual disorders, hormonal conditions and other health concerns
• Perform gynaecological procedures and surgeries within the scope of qualifications and expertise
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patients
• Manage consultations, follow-ups and treatment plans
• Counsel patients on reproductive health and family planning
• Collaborate with other specialists and maintain accurate medical records

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong hospital-based experience preferred; laparoscopic surgery experience preferred
• DHA, DOH, MOH or SHA medical license, or eligibility for one of them
• India nationality preferred
