Specialist Plastic Surgeon – UAE

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery services. The role offers a highly skilled specialist the chance to work in a modern, quality‑driven environment serving a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft‑tissue procedures.
• Perform surgical and non‑surgical plastic surgery interventions with safe patient selection and realistic counselling.
• Manage peri‑operative planning, consent, complications, wound care and follow‑up outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation teams as needed.
• Maintain high standards in clinical photography, documentation, patient confidentiality and surgical governance.
• Support service growth through ethical practice, patient education and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Plastic Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS, European Board, Royal College (Canada), Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MCh/DNB/FCPS or equivalent).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing and facility credentialing.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary teams and international patient care.
