Specialist - Renewals

About the role

The Specialist - Renewals supports the renewal of software maintenance and subscription contracts, working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure timely renewals and maintain recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor upcoming support expiration dates and proactively engage customers and channels regarding renewals.
• Prepare and share renewal quotations 90 days in advance, following vendor policies.
• Collaborate with distributors and resellers to track renewal progress, identify risks, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate renewal opportunities in the CRM system, including details, status, expected close dates, and forecasts.
• Maintain a rolling 120‑day renewal forecast and submit weekly reports on expected revenue and high‑risk opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, renewals, or commercial operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM/ERP systems, preferably Salesforce.
