Specialist Sales and Application – Point of Care Diagnostics

About the role

The Specialist Sales and Application role combines technical expertise with sales activities to promote point‑of‑care diagnostic product lines across the United Arab Emirates. You will support customers from installation through training, ensuring optimal product performance and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and drive market penetration for point‑of‑care diagnostics.
• Plan and execute equipment installations, operator training, and application support.
• Provide on‑site or remote troubleshooting, resolve complaints, and follow escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with internal sales, service, product management, and channel partners to align efforts.
• Deliver comprehensive training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Support product launches with technical information and demonstrations.
• Assist customers with assay validation, accreditation, and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, product management, or technical support for diagnostics or point‑of‑care devices.
• Relevant certifications in laboratory or point‑of‑care diagnostics.
