Specialist - Sales and Service

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Retail Banking Group as a Specialist in Sales and Service. You will support business banking clients, handle inquiries, and contribute to revenue‑generating activities while upholding the bank’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries, complaints, and service requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Assist the business team with daily revenue‑generating tasks, educate clients on channel options, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Prepare and consolidate internal reports for meetings and business area reviews.
• Draft internal memos, customer letters, and follow up on documentation to support relationship managers.
• Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards in all internal and external customer interactions.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking sales and service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of core banking systems.
