About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Specialist Urologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered urological care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough urological consultations, examinations, and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate disorders, incontinence, erectile dysfunction and other urological conditions.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as cystoscopy, catheterization and endoscopic interventions.
• Provide pre‑operative assessment, post‑operative follow‑up and emergency coverage for urological cases.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate patient records, procedure notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and CME activities.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Urology (MS/DNB/MCh/FRCS/Arab Board or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience as a Specialist Urologist.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and patient‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
