Specialist/Consultant Prosthodontist – Leading UAE Healthcare Facility

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its dental team and seeks an experienced Specialist/Consultant Prosthodontist. The role involves delivering comprehensive prosthodontic care in a modern, technology‑enabled environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of dental specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex prosthodontic conditions.
• Develop and execute full‑mouth and complex oral rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Perform fixed and removable prosthodontic procedures, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant‑supported restorations.
• Conduct comprehensive occlusal assessments and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with implantologists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, and orthodontists.
• Coordinate with dental laboratories to ensure high‑quality prosthetic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and follow‑up care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• BDS, DDS, DMD or equivalent dental qualification.
• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Prosthodontics.
• Relevant post‑specialisation clinical experience, preferably in a specialist centre or hospital.
• Internationally recognised specialist credentials (e.g., UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, South African Board).
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient‑centred approach.

Required skills

• Prosthodontic procedures (crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures).
