Specialized Facilitator – Training

About the role

We are seeking a Specialized Facilitator – Training to join our Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role focuses on training cleaning personnel on proper use of tools, chemicals, and machinery to uphold high cleaning standards across contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly training calendars for cleaning staff.
• Deliver training through lectures, toolbox talks, classroom sessions, demonstrations and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Assess trainees via written tests, practical demonstrations and performance observations.
• Document all training activities and assessments in Excel and the TG Portal.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor performance and provide corrective guidance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and operational teams, addressing client findings promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning supervisory experience in a high‑end facility.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, tools and machinery.
• Ability to deliver effective training and presentations.
• EPT Level 3 or above with good English communication skills.
