Specification & Pre‑Sales Specialist – Sanitaryware Products

About the role

We are seeking a Specification & Pre‑Sales Specialist to generate project opportunities at the design stage by building relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers. The role will also support the commercial team by following up on enquiries, negotiating and converting them into orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upcoming projects and specification opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings, office visits and project site visits.
• Present our product portfolio and secure specifications and approvals.
• Develop relationships with major developers to generate direct project opportunities.
• Track specifications through to enquiry and support the commercial team to close orders.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of UAE experience in specification/pre‑sales of sanitaryware, partitions, toilet cubicles, bathtubs or raised access flooring.
• Existing network among architects, interior designers, consultants and/or developers in the UAE.
• Proven ability to get products specified into projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly proactive, outgoing and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
