Sr. DevOps Engineer - OpenShift & CI/CD

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep hands‑on experience in CI/CD, OpenShift and Kubernetes to design, build and optimise deployment pipelines for enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with development and operations teams to deliver reliable, automated, and secure containerised solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for enterprise application deployments.
• Build and manage deployment pipelines on native Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Develop automated workflows using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, including shared libraries and Groovy scripts.
• Implement GitOps practices with tools such as ArgoCD.
• Manage multiple environments (dev, test, staging, production) and support production deployments.
• Deploy and maintain Service Mesh solutions and ensure secure microservice communication.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot pipeline and infrastructure issues, and maintain logging and monitoring solutions (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve deployment reliability, repeatability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise DevOps environments and automation.
• Strong practical knowledge of microservices security, observability and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to design, deploy and manage containerised applications at scale.
