Sr Manager - Quality Management System

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Quality Management System (QMS) across the Ras Al Khaimah site. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports digital transformation of quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a compliant QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and local regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits, CAPA, documentation, change control, deviations, customer complaints, and recall programs.
• Lead the development, implementation, and certification of the QMS, including preparation for regulatory inspections.
• Provide guidance to the QMS & Documentation team, ensuring coverage of GMP requirements.
• Design and deliver QMS metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee strategic change controls, batch printing escalations, and data‑integrity initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes and support digitalization efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with at least 7 years in a management role.
• At least 5 years of experience in paper and electronic data integrity.
• Proven track record in system initiation, KPI design, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong crisis‑management and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
