About the role
The Record‑to‑Report (RTR) Specialist provides finance shared‑service support to hotels, handling month‑end closing, financial reporting, balance‑sheet reconciliation, tax reporting preparation and daily cash journal entries. The role reports to the Record‑to‑Report Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Execute month‑end closing activities for hotel entities.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports.
- Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare tax reporting documentation.
- Record daily cash journal transactions.
- Collaborate with the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) to ensure accurate accounting data.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in Record‑to‑Report processes.
- Background in general accounting within a hospitality environment.
- Ability to work under tight month‑end deadlines.
