Sr. Specialist Fleet Integrity

About the role

Talabat’s Logistics Integrity team safeguards the rider marketplace by detecting and preventing fraud across eight Middle‑East markets. As a Senior Specialist you will own a portfolio of high‑impact rider misconduct behaviors, turning risk insights into detection rules, enforcement actions and measurable reductions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, measure and baseline high‑impact rider misconduct behaviors across countries and rider cohorts.
• Design, tune and roll out detection rules and enforcement thresholds region‑wide.
• Run the enforcement loop: periodic waves, false‑positive review, performance tracking and continuous re‑tuning.
• Document end‑to‑end detection and enforcement flows, identify gaps and propose fixes.
• Maintain tooling, workflow automation and critical infrastructure that keep detection & enforcement systems operational.
• Expand integrity coverage by surfacing new misconduct patterns and building corresponding detection programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fraud detection, anti‑abuse programs or related analytics.
• Proven ability to translate risk insights into actionable rules and enforcement actions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in root‑cause analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with product, operations, customer experience and country leadership.
