Sr Specialist - International Contracts

About the role

The Senior Specialist – International Contracts will oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer and supplier agreements across borders, ensuring that contractual, commercial and technical terms support business objectives while limiting risk.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and finalize international contracts, including NDAs, exclusivity, teaming, licensing, supply and service agreements.
• Analyse contract scope, identify commercial and contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage correspondence on scope, cost, schedule, variations, claims and other contract matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process amendments, variation orders and change requests, assessing financial and schedule impacts together with PMO, Finance and Legal teams.
• Support pre‑award and post‑award contract activities, monitoring risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Lead dispute resolution, claims handling and settlement negotiations to protect the company’s interests.
• Maintain accurate contract records in line with quality‑management and information‑security standards.
• Provide contract documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, Commercial Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of experience managing international contracts.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, export‑control regulations and international trade practices.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, procurement and project teams.
