Sr Technology Engineer - CICD/OpenShift

About the role

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to support a prestigious banking client in Dubai, driving operational excellence and delivering cutting‑edge solutions. The role focuses on designing, implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Nexus IQ and security tools such as Image Signing, Image Scanning and Checkmarx.
• Develop and optimise GitHub Actions, apply GitOps principles and deploy applications with HelmCharts and ArgoCD.
• Write and maintain Groovy scripts, manage logging with ELK or Splunk, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, resource and vendor management, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Strong real‑time experience with Linux and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Extensive hands‑on experience with CI/CD processes, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Nexus IQ and security scanning tools.
• Proven expertise in GitHub Actions, GitOps, HelmCharts, ArgoCD, Groovy scripting and ELK/Splunk.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience in capacity, resource and vendor management.
