Staff Engineer – Cards & SME Banking (Dubai)

About the role
We are seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end engineering of our Cards and SME Banking platforms. Based in Dubai, you will shape the architecture, delivery and scaling of these critical financial services for a fast‑growing FinTech.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own the full stack architecture for card issuing, processing and SME banking solutions.
- Drive product delivery from concept through production, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate regulatory compliance and security requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion engineering best practices across the domain.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cards issuing/processing or SME banking product development, preferably within regulated financial services.
- Strong background in building scalable, high‑throughput platforms.
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai; relocation support is available.
