Staff Full Stack Engineer (Java + React)

About the role

We are building the next generation of agentic AI platforms and enterprise systems. As a Staff Full‑Stack Engineer you will shape the core architecture that powers intelligent, scalable workflows, combining robust Java back‑ends with high‑quality React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions.
• Architect Java micro‑services using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
• Implement modern front‑end applications with React.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate LLM‑based agents, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and orchestration workflows.
• Define and maintain API contracts for internal, third‑party, and enterprise integrations.
• Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security of the platform.
• Champion clean architecture, testing, CI/CD, and comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor engineers and influence platform‑level architectural decisions.

Required profile

• 9+ years of full‑stack engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and micro‑service architectures.
• Deep experience building applications with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑scaling, 0‑to‑1 startup environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
