Staff Product Owner

About the role

Wio Invest is looking for a Staff Product Owner to lead the Trader squad, delivering high‑impact features for active traders. You will shape the vision, roadmap and execution of products that serve over 100,000 customers across equities, crypto, commodities and more.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Trader squad end‑to‑end: set vision, prioritize work, and define the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Ops to deliver sprint‑level features such as advanced charting and leverage management.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor), test with customers early and iterate before engineering commitment.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth to drive acquisition, personalized onboarding and conversion funnels.
• Translate behavioral data, support tickets and trading patterns into product improvements that boost retention and engagement.
• Work with Strategy and Finance to define monetisation targets, track KPIs and improve unit economics.
• Define, build and monitor dashboards; run data‑driven analysis to guide decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of trading concepts such as order flow, margin mechanics and market data.
• AI‑native work style with proven use of tools like Claude or Cursor to prototype and automate.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with data to influence decisions.
• Excellent analytical and commercial instincts; ability to set strategy, influence stakeholders and communicate vision.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership across multiple domains and a data‑obsessed mindset.
