Stakeholder Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Stakeholder Engineer to act as the bridge between technical teams and diverse stakeholders on engineering projects in Dubai. As a UAE National, you will bring local insight and cultural understanding to ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and analyse stakeholders, assessing their interests, influence and impact on project outcomes.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to each project phase.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical audiences, translating complex engineering concepts into clear language.
• Maintain detailed stakeholder registers, engagement logs and monitor satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and business leaders to integrate stakeholder needs into planning and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder management or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projects.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in the UAE or Middle‑Eastern business environment (preferred).
• Valid UAE Family Book.
