Startup Program Manager

About the role

Next Level is expanding its accelerator and bootcamp delivery in Abu Dhabi and is looking for a Startup Program Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of its startup programmes. You will act as the operational hub, coordinating internal teams, external experts and participating startups to ensure each programme runs smoothly and delivers measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full delivery cycle of accelerator, incubator and hackathon programmes.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Coordinate communications and activities with participating startups.
• Match mentors and advisors from a pool of 20+ experts to appropriate sessions and companies.
• Support business development efforts to win new contracts and expand the programme portfolio.
• Track programme performance metrics and report on results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, or a COO‑type role.
• Fluent user of AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code to automate tasks.
• Strong operational mindset capable of juggling multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing senior advisors, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
