About the role

The Arbor School is looking for a motivated Primary Learning Support Assistant to join its Primary School team. The role supports the school’s ecological and sustainability vision while helping students reach their academic potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group learning support to primary pupils.
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons that integrate sustainability concepts.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers and parents.
• Help organise and implement school‑wide environmental projects and activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
