About the role
Join our Hotels team and be the face of exceptional hospitality. As a Steward you will keep kitchen and dining areas spotless while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and polish all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, pots, and pans.
- Monitor and organize stock levels to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness through mopping, waste removal, and routine cleaning tasks.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and other events.
- Follow health and safety protocols, handling hazardous substances safely.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Train and mentor new team members to strengthen overall performance.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a warm guest experience.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
