Steward – Kitchen Steward

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Steward to join its Kitchen Stewards team at the upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas and supporting the overall operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and store crockery, pots, and glassware.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals correctly.
• Remove and dispose of kitchen waste.
• Assist the Steward Team Leader and Supervisor with assigned duties.
• Participate in departmental meetings and promote effective communication.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies, including recycling initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary school completion; higher education is a plus.
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in a 5‑star hotel or integrated resort.
• Physically fit for high‑area cleaning, heavy lifting, and large equipment handling.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts as needed.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
