About the role

The Steward provides essential kitchen support across multiple hotel areas, ensuring clean and well‑maintained dining environments for guests. This role involves handling dishware, operating cleaning equipment, and assisting with basic kitchen preparation tasks.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations, keeping equipment in optimal condition.
Transport and organize dishware throughout the hotel, supporting food‑and‑beverage outlets and employee dining areas.
Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies while reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist guests courteously, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

Education: No high school diploma or GED required.
Work experience: No prior related experience necessary.
Supervisory experience: None required.
Licenses or certifications: None specified.

Required skills

Dishwashing machine operation.
Hand‑wash station operation.
Basic kitchen cleaning and dishware handling.
