About the role

Stewards provide essential kitchen support across multiple hotel areas, ensuring cleanliness and smooth operation of food‑service facilities. The role involves preparing clean linen and dining ware, operating washing equipment, and moving dishware throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

Support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation in the kitchen, food‑and‑beverage outlets and employee dining rooms.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations and other cleaning equipment.
Transport dishware and supplies across the hotel while adhering to safety and security procedures.
Report maintenance needs, accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety training.

Required profile

No formal education required (high school diploma or G.E.D. not mandatory).
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience or licences needed.

Required skills

Use of dishwashing machines.
Operation of cleaning equipment.
Handling of hand wash stations.
