Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

Join Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island as a Stewarding Supervisor, leading a dedicated team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment that supports Food & Beverage operations and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all outlets, kitchens, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Lead, train, coach and motivate a multicultural stewarding team, managing schedules and resource planning for high‑volume periods, banquets and special events.
• Coordinate cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and monitor chemical usage and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP standards, health and safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections of kitchens and storage areas.
• Control departmental costs, inventory of operating equipment and support the culinary and F&B teams to meet service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a stewarding supervisory role within a hotel or large‑scale F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, food safety and HACCP standards.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a multicultural team.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements.
