Stewarding Team Leader

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai as a Stewarding Team Leader, overseeing daily hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. Lead a team to ensure clean equipment, crockery and a safe environment for culinary operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations, maintaining cleanliness across kitchens, dishwashing areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Ensure availability of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment for all outlets.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment, handling chemicals safely.
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce hygiene, food safety and health standards.
• Manage inventory, report shortages or damaged items, and coordinate waste segregation.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, equipment handling and safety practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in hotel stewarding or similar hospitality role.
• Previous team‑leader experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with dishwashing machines, cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
