Procurement Officer – Tagalog Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

DGM Investment is seeking a Procurement Officer who is fluent in Tagalog to join its Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify purchasing needs and define procurement requirements across the organization.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.
• Prepare, review, and process purchase orders and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to operational schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, pricing, and procurement activities.
• Track and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery standards.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Resolve procurement‑related issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
