Stock Keeper

About the role

The Stock Keeper will manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of merchandise for our retail shop. This role ensures accurate inventory records and supports daily replenishment to keep shelves stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, perform physical and electronic inventory checks, and report any discrepancies.
• Organise stockrooms regularly to maximise efficiency during replenishment.
• Classify, store, and tag items according to shop procedures and product characteristics.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in storage areas.
• Participate in daily inventory processes and communicate end‑of‑day status to shop managers.
• Assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
• Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to support shop operations.
• Ability to follow defined processes and suggest modest improvements.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for inventory software.
