Store Auditor - GCC

About the role

Sacoor Brothers, an international lifestyle brand with its own network of stores selling men's, women's and children's clothing, footwear and accessories, is looking for a Store Auditor. The role is based in Dubai, reports to the HR Manager and involves travelling across the GCC every month to carry out surprise audits of customer service and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out unannounced monthly store visits across the GCC, following a plan approved by the HR Manager.
• Audit customer service: how staff deal with customers and whether they follow company policies and processes.
• Audit store operations: merchandising, cleanliness, fitting rooms, stockroom, stock and uniforms.
• Check HR documents, punch clock records and information boards.
• Ensure every store follows the SOPs and follow them yourself in each audit.
• Write clear audit reports with findings and actions, and follow up with store teams so actions are completed.
• Share common findings and suggest process improvements.
• Keep your visit schedule and audit records strictly confidential.
• Use digital and AI tools to record audits, spot trends across stores and prepare reports faster.

Required profile

• High ethical standards, honesty, fairness and objectivity, even when findings are uncomfortable.
• Follows SOPs and sets processes consistently, with no shortcuts.
• Confidentiality, including your own visit schedule.
• 3+ years in retail audit, quality, loss prevention or store operations.
• Good knowledge of how a retail store runs day to day.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• A degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
