Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of our Sharjah store, ensuring smooth receipt, dispatch, and inventory management. This role requires close coordination with sales, purchasing, and transport teams while maintaining a safe and organized environment. The successful candidate will drive staff performance and uphold high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and customer service.
• Monitor receiving and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Prepare reports on shortages, damages, and other inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Transport departments to align supply chain activities.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper housekeeping throughout the store.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in store management or a similar role.
• Experience in scaffolding, building materials, or related construction sectors is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
