Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager at Minimalist, you will lead one of our UAE retail locations, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering a luxury customer experience. You will be the face of the brand, building lasting relationships with every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Run all daily store operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, driving conversion, average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling.
• Control stock movement, conduct counts, document discrepancies and enforce loss‑prevention practices.
• Lead the customer experience on the floor, handling VIP clients, complex situations and acting on feedback promptly.
• Manage the team: schedule, allocate tasks, set priorities, conduct performance check‑ins and foster a high‑energy environment.
• Oversee onboarding, product updates, sales techniques training and identify skill gaps for the Retail Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience in UAE, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry or related sectors.
• Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar.
• Relevant certifications in sales, management or project management from accredited providers (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
