Store Supervisor - Beauty, Maison Margiela

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Store Supervisor for the Maison Margiela beauty store at Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain. The role is full-time and onsite, reporting to the Head of Retail and leading the team in delivering a luxury beauty retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Maison Margiela values and philosophy in all customer and team interactions, and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting client relationships and manage VIP guest relationships.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, staff grooming and stock replenishment in line with brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations: staff scheduling, shop floor coverage, stock movement tracking and inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, company policies and health, safety and security standards.
• Support store projects, promotions and community events, and use digital tools and clienteling platforms to strengthen customer relationships.

Required profile

• Retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or fragrance.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team and support individual development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to sales targets through effective selling and teamwork.
• Experience in clienteling, VIP relationship management and building long-term loyalty.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management and retail operational standards.
• Proactive, hands-on approach, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Keeps up with market trends, new products and competitor activity.
