Storekeeper / Data Entry Clerk

About the role

The Dolphin Group is seeking a reliable Storekeeper / Data Entry Clerk to support daily store operations in its Abu Dhabi facility. The role involves managing inventory, recording material movements, and ensuring accurate data in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day storekeeping and inventory activities.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data regularly.
• Enter and maintain store and inventory information in relevant systems.
• Prepare documentation for material receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or discrepancies, and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure proper filing of store and inventory documents and keep the store area organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management or data entry (preferred).
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, fabrication or industrial services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and work full‑time on‑site.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
