Storekeeper

About the role

Join Rixos Hotels, a member of the Accor network, and become part of a responsible hospitality brand that values development and advancement. The Storekeeper will manage the hotel’s stores, inventory, deliveries and stock movements, ensuring accurate receipt, storage and issuance of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record and distribute all incoming and outgoing goods to the appropriate departments and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, issues and returns, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Process orders through the hotel’s online procurement system and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑safety requirements for all products.
• Monitor and approve beverage, stewarding and equipment stock issues, and conduct spot inventories in F&B outlets.
• Support recipe costing by updating purchase prices and maintaining beverage recipe information.
• Conduct yield tests for meat, fish and juices to aid cost control.
• Collaborate with F&B, Purchasing, Cost Control and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory, Receiving or Cost Control, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• High school diploma or relevant vocational qualification; hospitality, supply chain or procurement qualification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management, receiving and issuing procedures, and cost control.
