Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented Storekeeper to manage daily store and inventory activities. The Storekeeper will receive, check, store, issue and record goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against purchase orders, invoices or delivery notes and inspect for damage or shortages.
• Arrange and store materials in designated locations, issue materials against approved requests and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Update inventory information in the company system or spreadsheets and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse and accounts teams and maintain documentation such as delivery notes and goods received notes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant or Inventory Controller is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock‑control procedures and ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills and strong attention to detail.
