About the role
The Strategic Planning Specialist will support the design and implementation of the entity's strategic plan, linking objectives to key performance indicators. The role requires strong analytical thinking, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to monitor and update strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the strategic plan, its initiatives, and related KPIs.
- Review best practices and monitor developments in the entity’s field to keep the plan current.
- Coordinate with ministries and other entities to prepare policy reports and studies.
- Identify information sources for policy, strategy, program, and project studies.
- Support the preparation of the annual operational plan aligned with the strategic framework.
- Analyze performance of organizational units against the strategic plan and provide reports and recommendations.
Required profile
- PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years (Bachelor), 4 years (Master) or 6 years (PhD) of relevant experience.
