Strategic Sourcing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded Strategic Sourcing Executive to strengthen our hospitality supply business in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying reliable supply options, sourcing competitive products, and delivering cost‑effective solutions for customer enquiries, tenders and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers and manufacturers for hospitality supplies.
• Source products against customer specifications, BOQs and project requirements, comparing quotations, landed costs, lead times, MOQs and commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements while supporting supplier qualification, product development and alternative sourcing.
• Benchmark costs, identify value‑engineering opportunities and maintain accurate sourcing records and product documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or purchasing, preferably in hospitality supplies, trading, distribution or OS&E.
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented approach with excellent follow‑up ability.
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment with tender and project deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
