Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences seeks a Senior Manager to lead F&B sourcing across its world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. The role is highly strategic, focusing on category excellence, supplier performance and supply‑chain optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for fresh produce, ambient and frozen goods, beverages, catering consumables and F&B services.
• Consolidate demand and spend, lead tendering, negotiate high‑value contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive supplier consolidation, specification standardisation and ensure compliance with procurement policies, DOA, ethical sourcing and UAE food‑safety regulations.
• Deliver measurable savings while maintaining quality, food safety and guest experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• MCIPS qualification or CIPS Level 4 Diploma.
• 6+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in F&B sourcing within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing and contract management.
