Strategy Analyst

About the role

Visa is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its CEMEA Corporate Strategy team in Dubai. You will help shape Visa’s long‑term direction, work on high‑impact projects, and partner with senior leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead and design strategic initiatives that create sustainable competitive advantage.
• Break down complex business problems, formulate hypotheses, and drive analytical workstreams.
• Generate quantitative and qualitative insights to support recommendations.
• Develop thought‑leadership solutions that are practical, disruptive, and commercially viable.
• Ensure strategies deliver measurable commercial impact and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Create frameworks for prioritizing initiatives and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Produce clear, persuasive executive‑level communications.
• Support colleagues and attract top talent to the strategy team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a comparable field.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model as defined by the hiring manager.
