Strategy Analyst

About the role

Join ADNOC Distribution as a Strategy Analyst and help shape the company’s strategic direction. You will support the development and implementation of the distribution strategy, analyse the impact of initiatives and projects, and provide recommendations to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple business‑strategy projects, including acquisitions, joint ventures and internal initiatives.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to design and develop strategic options.
• Prepare financial and business analyses for senior leaders and contribute to ELT and Board presentations.
• Collaborate with the Market Research team to gather market intelligence, competitive insights and technology trends.
• Perform cost and input analysis, develop economic modelling inputs aligned with macro‑economic factors, and present findings to senior management.
• Assist the Manager and VP of Strategy in feasibility studies, due‑diligence and ROI assessments for potential investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA in Strategy or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a strategy consulting role or an in‑house strategy team.
• Experience in the downstream oil and gas sector or similar commodity‑focused industries is advantageous.
