About the role

The role provides high‑level strategic, financial, governance and performance advisory to the CEO’s Office. It leads integrated financial‑strategic consulting workflows and supports long‑term institutional direction through advanced assessments and AI‑driven analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sector‑level strategic financial and corporate strategy advice, including policy insights, investment analysis and governance recommendations.
• Integrate financial modelling into corporate strategy, innovation and excellence initiatives.
• Lead financial foresight, scenario planning and economic trend analysis to anticipate regulatory and market shifts.
• Develop financial performance frameworks, investment evaluation criteria and sustainability indicators aligned with national priorities.
• Strengthen financial governance systems, monitor compliance and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives for financial feasibility, investment returns and long‑term impact.
• Champion AI, analytics and modelling tools to enhance planning, evaluation and performance management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic financial advisory and corporate governance at senior level.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑domain financial and investment studies.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in scenario planning and risk modelling.
• Excellent communication skills to translate financial insights into actionable roadmaps.
