Strategy Manager / Senior Manager – Real Estate (UAE)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking an experienced real‑estate professional to join its UAE practice as a Strategy Manager / Senior Manager. You will work with sovereign wealth funds and leading developers, shaping strategic agendas across the full real‑estate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop long‑term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, and concept ideation.
• Conduct highest‑and‑best‑use analysis, destination strategy, and tourism product development.
• Lead growth, market‑entry, and expansion strategy initiatives.
• Perform valuation, transaction support, due diligence, and business transformation.
• Manage greenfield projects and advise on operator search and selection.
• Deliver vision, concepts, and business plans for large regional developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real‑estate development, corporate finance, strategy, architecture, or urban planning.
• Proven expertise in at least one real‑estate segment (residential, retail, hospitality, commercial).
• Senior‑manager level capability to lead engagements and mentor junior staff.
