Strategy & Transactions Manager – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join its Valuation and Modelling and Economics practice, focusing on the Financial Services sector. You will work with banking, insurance and wealth & asset management clients to shape strategic decisions and drive transaction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic planning, value creation, and transaction execution.
• Conduct strategic analysis, market assessment, feasibility studies, and business planning.
• Prepare and review deliverables such as Excel data books, written reports, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell EY services and expand client relationships.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in business valuation, strategy, or transactions within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Proven experience with banking, insurance or asset‑management clients.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and model building.
• Market assessment, sizing and feasibility analysis.
• Business plan development and commercial model review.
